What you'll do
- Monitor table uptime and minimize downtime
- Resolve real-time hardware, software, and network incidents
- Resolve game irregularities and player disputes
- Escalate unresolved incidents via Jira or SST
- Respond to licensee issues by email or SST
- Ensure appropriate staffing for each shift
- Test the studio during critical situations
