Renewal Specialist ‑ Dutch Speaker (Liverpool)

A full-time renewal specialist role in Liverpool for Dutch speakers, focused on selling and renewing contracts by phone and email. It involves outbound customer contact, sales forecasting, and CRM record-keeping within a dedicated client team.

• Sell and renew contracts for assigned client
• Demonstrate product and service value to customers
• Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts
• Initiate steps to resolve customer concerns or roadblocks
• Handle objections and competitive pressures to retain customers
• Manage high volume of outbound customer contacts by phone and email
• Maintain accurate CRM records
• Work with team and report to Sales Manager

• Dutch language
• Sales or renewal experience
• Ability to meet revenue-based quota
• Strong customer engagement skills
• Comfort with high-volume outbound phone and email contact
• CRM proficiency
