About the role
A home-office medical information call-center role handling drug information inquiries from healthcare professionals and patients, including adverse-event and product-complaint intake. It requires native German, English C1, a life-sciences or healthcare degree, and legal eligibility to work in the EU or UK.
What you'll do
- Triage and respond to drug information inquiries
- Disseminate drug information verbally or in writing
- Identify adverse events and product complaints during customer interactions
- Perform intake and generate adverse event/product complaint reports
- Coordinate quality-related complaint responses
- Evaluate medical literature for written responses
- Support medical writing tasks
- Participate in on-call responsibilities as assigned
What you'll need
- Life Sciences or healthcare degree or equivalent
- Native German required
- English C1 level obligatory
- Legally eligible to work in the European Union or UK
- Strong clinical background
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Windows applications
- Call center, medical information, or pharmaceutical experience preferred
