About the role
On-site client support role at Eurofins' Arvada, Colorado environmental testing laboratory, handling client calls, emails and walk-ins plus sample intake and data entry. It requires US work authorization and a Tuesday–Saturday 10:30am–7:00pm schedule, paying $20–$22 per hour.
What you'll do
- Manage inbound and outbound client communications via phone and email
- Sign in, verify and organize samples against Chain of Custody documentation
- Assist walk-in clients with sample submission and service information
- Update client and project records in Tracker LIMS
- Collaborate with laboratory/operations staff on client inquiries
- Process credit card transactions using Stripe
- Provide clients with supplies
- Stock front office supplies and snacks
What you'll need
- High School Diploma
- Authorization to work in the United States without restriction or sponsorship
- Professional working proficiency in English
- Customer service experience preferred (2+ years)
- Computer literate (Office suite, Adobe PDF, CRM)
- Able to work Tuesday–Saturday, 10:30am–7:00pm with possible overtime and weekends
