About the role
A senior customer success role for Amazon Connect, acting as a strategic advisor to enterprise customers and driving adoption of the CCaaS platform. It is based in Tokyo and combines customer advocacy with account planning and revenue targets.
What you'll do
- Serve as primary point of contact for strategic customer accounts
- Drive enterprise-wide adoption of Amazon Connect
- Deliver presentations, demos, programs, and events
- Build customer skills and proficiency with Connect
- Engage C-level stakeholders on business value
- Develop account plans with field teams
- Meet annual revenue targets through increased adoption
- Work with partners and ISVs to extend reach
What you'll need
- 5+ years leading large-scale technical or engineering programs
- 2+ years customer-facing work with executives, technologists, or partners
- Bachelor's degree in science, technology, engineering, math, business, or equivalent
- Experience leading technical and non-technical transformation project teams
- 2+ years advising customers through contact center migrations or customer experience journeys
