About the role
A hybrid member support role in Toronto providing support to Alan members and business customers, with ownership of strategic Care projects. It requires fluent English and French and about four days per week in the Toronto office.
What you'll do
- Provide timely, transparent support to members
- Help members and business customers maximize coverage
- Share insights to improve products/services
- Support new company onboardings
- Collaborate across Product, Operations, Sales, Insurance
- Adapt Care processes to Canada
- Own strategic Care scaling projects
- Contribute to hiring and mentoring
What you'll need
- 3+ years relevant experience
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Fluent written and spoken French
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Comfortable with technology and multi-channel support
- Uses AI enthusiastically for efficiency
- Empathy, initiative, adaptability, judgment
- Able to work from Toronto or relocate
