About the role
Outbound telesales role calling prospective patients for a US-market physical therapy provider, handling objections and closing sales. It is on-site in El Maadi, Cairo, full-time with evening shifts aligned to US hours and requires C1 English plus 1–2 years of sales or call center experience.

- Make outbound calls to potential patients
- Present and promote services
- Handle objections and close sales
- Follow up with leads
- Build strong customer relationships
- Achieve and exceed sales targets
- Screen patient surveys
What you'll need
- 1–2 years of telesales or call center sales experience
- Preferably US market experience
- Strong English communication skills - C1
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills
- Confidence and ability to handle rejection
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
- Ability to build relationships and influence decisions
