Customer Service Advisor ‑ Spark Place Cubao 2026

A full-time customer service advisor role handling inbound calls, outbound calls, and internet inquiries to resolve routine product or service issues. It is based at Concentrix's Spark Place Cubao site in Quezon City, Philippines, and requires shift rotation.

• Handle inbound calls, outbound calls, and internet inquiries
• Resolve routine customer problems regarding products or services
• Meet contractual KPIs
• Clarify customer requirements and use decision-support tools
• Greet customers courteously and professionally
• Maintain basic knowledge of client products and services
• Document and retrieve information in a call tracking database
• Offer additional products and services

• High school diploma preferred
• Three to six months of relevant experience preferred
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
• Dependable with strong attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes
• Ability to rotate shifts as needed
• Patience in customer contact situations
