About the role
German-speaking telesales role advising customers on consumer loan comparison by phone and in writing, with warm leads and no cold calling. It is fully remote within Germany and includes onboarding, equipment shipment, and uncapped commission.
What you'll do
- Advise customers by phone and in writing on loan comparison
- Accompany customers from first contact to contract conclusion
- Conduct needs analysis to find the optimal loan offer
- Support customers throughout the loan process
- Use modern communication tools and digital closing options
What you'll need
- Initial experience in customer contact
- Fluent German in writing and speaking
- Strong communication skills
- Reliability and committed working style
- Motivation to develop
- Ideally completed commercial training
