Enterprise Customer Success Manager

An Enterprise Customer Success Manager role focused on onboarding, retaining, and expanding strategic cybersecurity customers across EMEA. It requires 5+ years in customer success or technical account management with cybersecurity SaaS and hands-on security product knowledge.

• Design customer success plans across onboarding, implementation, upsell, cross-sell, and renewal
• Report on customer health, satisfaction, retention, and growth targets
• Act as the voice of the customer and provide internal feedback
• Lead customer training sessions
• Develop customer development programs such as health checks and workshops
• Identify customer references and support case studies
• Maintain understanding of Semperis products and services
• Help improve overall customer success processes and systems

• 5+ years as a Customer Success Manager, technical account manager, or related customer-facing role in Cybersecurity SaaS
• Hands-on security product enablement experience
• Knowledge of NIST IR, MITRE ATT&CK, APTs, Active Directory, Entra ID, and IAM
• Foundation in network security, endpoint protection, cloud security, identity, SIEM, zero-trust, and threat intelligence
• Familiarity with on-prem and cloud architectures such as AWS, Azure, and GCP
• Knowledge of compliance frameworks such as NIST CSF, CIS, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, HIPAA, GDPR, and SOC 2
• Executive presence and strong communication skills
• Project/program management and conflict resolution skills
