Customer Service ‑ Spanish Services

This is a full-time, entry-level Spanish-language customer service and sales role at Concentrix in Lima, Peru. It involves inbound and outbound calls to sell basic products and services, process orders, and answer customer billing questions.

• Achieve sales objectives and maximize sales opportunities on every call
• Use scripts and probing techniques to determine customer needs
• Maintain knowledge of products, pricing, promotions, and procedures
• Meet contractual sales objectives and KPIs
• Greet customers courteously and professionally
• Listen to customer needs and demonstrate empathy
• Clarify requirements and provide appropriate resolutions
• Answer billing questions by explaining customer account components

• High school diploma
• Three to six months of sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Basic computer navigation and PC knowledge
• Ability to rotate shifts as needed
• Ability to work as a team member and independently
• Reliable with attention to detail
• Courteous with strong customer service orientation
