Customer service role handling inbound and outbound calls plus internet inquiries, resolving routine product or service issues. Based in San Jose, Costa Rica, with rotating shifts and entry-level requirements.

• Handle inbound calls, outbound calls, or internet inquiries
• Resolve routine customer problems regarding products or services
• Meet contractual KPIs
• Clarify customer requirements and probe for understanding
• Greet customers courteously and professionally
• Maintain basic knowledge of client products and services
• Document accounts and track information in call tracking database
• Offer additional products or services

• High school diploma
• Three to six months of relevant experience preferred
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
• Dependable with strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and adapt quickly
• Ability to rotate shifts as needed
• Courteous with strong customer service orientation
