About the role
Customer service representative supporting Eurofins radon and mold testing clients by phone and email. The role is based in Carrollton, TX, works Monday-Friday 8am-5pm Central, and requires authorization to work in the United States.
What you'll do
- Answer customer phone calls and emails
- Explain radon and mold testing instructions and reports
- Resolve report, receipt, shipping label, order, replacement, and refund issues
- Create basic quotes and orders for established customers
- Process purchase orders and payments for bulk orders
- Escalate out-of-scope tickets within one business day
- Support registration and ordering websites
- Assist with shipping and mail processing as assigned
What you'll need
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer support experience preferred
- Authorization to work in the United States without restriction or sponsorship
- Professional working proficiency in English
- Ability to read, write, and speak English
- Ability to work Monday-Friday 8am-5pm CT
- Ability to commute to Carrollton, TX encouraged
