Call Center ‑ Maadi

A full-time, on-site call center role in El Maadi, Cairo handling patient calls, appointment scheduling, insurance verification and medical record documentation for a healthcare provider. It suits bilingual English-speaking graduates who want a patient-support position with healthcare and insurance exposure, though call center experience is only preferred rather than required.

• Answer inbound calls and resolve patient requests and complaints
• Handle calls, social media and other communication channels
• Book and schedule appointments according to provider preference
• Pre-register new patients and verify demographics and insurance
• Collect insurance card and photo ID copies for the medical record
• Document all conversations and demographics in the Electronic Medical Record
• Reschedule no-shows and cancelled appointments
• Triage calls by priority and transfer as needed

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Call center or high-volume call experience preferred
• Pharmaceutical, insurance, medical or healthcare background a plus
• Knowledge of patient registration, medical scheduling or health insurance a plus
• Good in English
• Excellent communication and customer handling skills
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Flexible team player, proactive and detail driven
