Associate Sales Development (Japanese & English Speaker)

Renewal sales role focused on retaining and growing revenue in an assigned territory through contract renewals, service sales, and upsells. Requires English and Japanese (JLPT N2), at least two years of renewal sales experience, and high-volume outbound phone and email engagement; the listed location is Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

• Manage a dedicated territory and revenue quotas
• Execute end-to-end renewal sales motions
• Prepare, present, and follow up on quotations
• Negotiate renewal terms to maximize retention and revenue
• Engage customers through high-volume outbound phone and email
• Resolve customer concerns, objections, and roadblocks
• Maintain accurate CRM records
• Provide weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales forecasts

• Minimum 2 years of renewal sales experience
• Success against renewal, retention, or revenue targets
• Experience handling quotations and customer negotiations
• English and Japanese (JLPT N2)
• Comfort with outbound customer engagement
• Salesforce.com or similar CRM experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• IT, SaaS, or Cybersecurity experience is a plus
