Sr. Specialist, Customer Acquisition ‑ Inbound (English)

An inbound/outbound customer acquisition role focused on prospecting, qualifying leads, and managing a sales pipeline for SMB customers in APJ. It is based in Singapore, requires English, and involves CRM tracking, discovery calls, and AI-assisted sales tools.

• Own and manage a prospect pipeline
• Conduct outbound prospecting by phone, email, and social channels
• Research target accounts and identify decision-makers
• Run discovery conversations to understand customer goals
• Position AI solutions for customer acquisition and revenue objectives
• Qualify leads against established criteria
• Schedule introductory meetings, demos, and campaign discussions
• Track outreach activity and pipeline in CRM systems

• English required
• Experience in outbound prospecting, customer acquisition, inside sales, or digital advertising sales
• Strong research and discovery skills
• Experience using CRM platforms, Salesforce preferred
• Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain high outreach activity
• Strong collaboration skills
• Persuasive communication across multiple channels
• Interest in AI tools and data-driven insights
