Customer Service & Administrative Assistant ‑ (LATAM)

Remote customer service and administrative assistant for franchise locations, handling phone, email, SMS, chat, appointments, and CRM updates. Requires 3+ years of support experience and US business-hours overlap; pay starts at $1,250/month for 90 days then $1,500/month.

• Handle inbound and outbound customer communication across phone, email, SMS, and chat
• Manage appointments end-to-end, including scheduling, confirmations, reschedules, and reminders
• Keep CRM/help desk notes, tags, statuses, and follow-up tasks clean and current
• Provide routine franchise administrative support
• Manage escalations for billing issues, complaints, and urgent scenarios
• Maintain fast response times and minimal backlog across channels
• Handle high daily volume of 60+ interactions
• Ensure zero dropped conversations, leads, or appointments

• 3+ years of experience in customer-facing or administrative support roles
• Proven ability to handle 60+ customer interactions per day for at least 6 consecutive months
• 2+ years of experience with CRM/help desk platforms such as Zendesk, HubSpot, Salesforce, or ServiceTitan
• Availability to work U.S. business hours overlap, minimum 6 hours/day, 5 days/week
• Strong performance track record: QA 90%+, CSAT 4.5/5+, or ability to pass a writing and audio assessment
• Professional home office setup and reliable internet
