About the role

What you'll do
- Serve as primary communication link between clients and laboratory operations
- Answer emails and phone calls to resolve client and internal questions
- Interpret and communicate technical information and manage stakeholder requirements
- Provide project updates and project-related financial updates to clients
- Escalate issues to management when services deviate from expectations
- Support sales efforts in the bid process for repeat and new business
- Work with the Business Development team to onboard opportunities
What you'll need
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Authorization to work in the United States without restriction or sponsorship
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Prior customer service experience in a scientific field, preferably GMP or pharmaceutical
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Computer skills with MS Office
