Inside Sales Representative

Call prospective students who asked about US trade schools and help them choose a program. No cold calling: every lead requested information. Remote for candidates in Africa (including Egypt), LATAM and Eastern Europe on US Eastern hours; 1–3 years of phone sales or call center experience.

• Call prospective students who requested information
• Understand each prospect's goals and motivations
• Answer questions and address concerns
• Qualify and guide prospects to the right program
• Document every call in the CRM

• 1–3 years in inside sales, phone sales or high-volume calling
• Warm inbound lead experience preferred
• Excellent spoken English
• CRM and dialer experience preferred
• Available 9am–5pm EST

The position is fully remote and open to candidates based in LATAM, Africa, and Eastern Europe. Representatives must be available during U.S. business hours aligned with the client’s time zone; the schedule is 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST. Pay is $4.40 per hour, with final compensation set after evaluating experience and location. Work involves inbound and outbound calls, Zendesk ticket management, live chat, and Zoom, with follow-up to maintain a healthy customer pipeline and high customer satisfaction.
