About the role
Customer Experience Representative supporting active traders with options, margin, and other complex account issues at Robinhood. The role is based in Chicago, Denver, or Westlake with regular in-person attendance and requires active Series 7 and 63 licenses.
What you'll do
- Resolve complex customer issues related to options trading and margin
- Support customer experience metrics such as ASAT and QA
- Identify and analyze customer issues and provide effective solutions
- Develop subject matter expertise in Options and Margin trading
- Use customer insights and data analytics to identify trends
- Contribute to knowledge bases, training content, and onboarding
- Handle escalated customer issues with regulatory compliance
- Provide customer support for Event Contracts after Series 3 licensure
What you'll need
- 1+ years of customer experience within financial services
- Willingness to learn options and margins
- Active Series 7 and 63 licenses
- Series 3 required within the first 120 days
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Track record handling and de-escalating escalated customers
- Familiarity with support platforms and CRM tools such as Salesforce
- Enthusiasm for financial markets and fintech
