About the role
A U.S. dental group hires a bilingual Spanish-English representative to make outbound cold calls, book appointments and handle patient inquiries by phone, email, chat and text. It is full-time remote work on 12:00 PM–8:00 PM Central Time, paying $6–$8 per hour plus performance commissions, and is open only to candidates in the listed Latin American countries.
What you'll do
- Conduct outbound sales and cold calls to book appointments
- Respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, chat and text
- Manage calendars, reschedule appointments and handle inbound calls
- Maintain accurate CRM records and track KPIs
- Communicate dental service benefits and handle objections
- Support lead qualification, follow-ups and campaign tracking
- Organize communications including newsletters
What you'll need
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Experience with CRM and VoIP systems
- Familiarity with dental software (Open Dental, Dentrix, Eaglesoft preferred)
- Dental VA experience a plus
- Reliable computer and high-speed internet (min 15 Mbps)
- Noise-canceling headset, webcam and quiet workspace
- Must provide NBI or Police Clearance upon request
- No other client work during scheduled hours
