About the role
An on-ground sales agent role in Alexandria focused on onboarding new customers, collecting and verifying KYC documents, and answering customer questions face to face. It is an on-site position open to fresh graduates who speak both Arabic and English.
What you'll do
- Facilitate onboarding for new customers
- Collect and verify KYC documents, including ID and proof of address
- Address customer inquiries and concerns during onboarding
- Support and guide customers through the onboarding process
- Maintain accurate records of customer information and documentation
- Collaborate with team members to streamline onboarding
- Stay updated on KYC regulatory requirements
- Troubleshoot onboarding issues and ensure customer satisfaction
What you'll need
- Fresh graduates
- Proficiency in Arabic and English
- Experience dealing with customers face-to-face
- Google Suite experience is a plus
- FinTech customer onboarding experience is a plus
