About the role
Inside sales contractor for a financial-services startup, handling inbound callers and enrolling them in credit-repair services. The role is fully remote, 100% commission-based with a paid four-week training ramp and first-year earnings estimated at $25k–$35k (up to $45k for top reps).
What you'll do
- Educate inbound callers on their credit standing
- Provide consultations to prospective clients
- Enroll qualified clients in company services
- Meet and exceed sales targets
- Implement feedback from sales coaches
- Use digital tools such as Slack, CRM and Google Sheets daily
What you'll need
- Sales experience: 1 year
- Home office or quiet place to work
- Strong internet connection
- Desktop or laptop (not Chromebook or iPad; no 8GB RAM or under)
- Available Monday - Friday on an EST shift
- Must attend the first week of training
- Financially motivated and comfortable discussing finances
- Professional and empathetic with clients
