About the role
Reliance Care Officer role answering Arabic-language customer inquiries and complaints, explaining health plans, and supporting inbound sales for Reliance Health's Egypt market. It is a remote-first, full-time position with shift and weekend work, and it requires a bachelor's degree plus completed NYSC or an exemption letter.
What you'll do
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries, requests and complaints in Arabic
- Explain health plans to prospective clients in Arabic
- Escalate unresolved issues and follow through to resolution
- Record customer feedback and complaints in the internal system
- Engage Arabic-speaking inbound prospects to drive purchases
What you'll need
- Bachelor's Degree or HND in any discipline
- Completed NYSC or valid exemption letter
- Confident communication in French, verbal and written
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Willingness to work shifts including weekends
- Excellent English communication skills
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Medical background an added advantage
