Associate Sales Development (Mandarin & English Speaker)

A renewal sales role in Ho Chi Minh City selling moderately complex IT/SaaS products, where you handle quotes, negotiations and outbound calls and email to retain and upsell existing customers. It requires two years of renewal sales experience and fluency in both English and Mandarin, and is based at a company office rather than remote.

• Manage a dedicated territory and hit revenue quotas through renewals, services and upsells
• Run end-to-end renewal motions: quotes, pricing talks, negotiation and close
• Prepare, present and follow up on quotations aligned with customer needs
• Proactively negotiate renewal terms to maximize retention and revenue
• Engage customers at high volume via phone and email
• Resolve objections and roadblocks affecting satisfaction or renewal
• Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly sales forecasts
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems such as Salesforce

• Minimum 2 years of renewal sales experience
• Track record of hitting renewal, retention or revenue targets
• Experience with quotations and customer negotiations
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable with outbound customer engagement
• Problem-solving with a customer-first mindset
• High emotional intelligence and empathy
• Experience in IT / SaaS / Cybersecurity is a strong plus
