About the role
A full-time customer support role in Kenya supporting suppliers in client supply chains by email, phone and conference calls to gather compliance information and resolve requests. It requires fluent German and English and includes outbound calls, inbound troubleshooting and supplier education.
What you'll do
- Communicate with suppliers by email, phone and conference calls
- Gather compliance information and confirm document quality
- Assist top tier suppliers with compliance requests
- Handle inbound supplier calls and troubleshoot requests
- Engage unresponsive suppliers through outbound calls and education
- Provide German and English language support
- Host webinars and join prospect calls with Sales
- Work with Program Success team on customer strategy
What you'll need
- Excellent verbal and written communication in German and English
- Related work experience in administration, reporting, research, supplier/customer support or call centres
- Solid time management and ability to juggle multiple priorities
- Computer proficiency with MS Office Suite and Google Applications
- Self-starter with ability to meet assigned deadlines
