Bacolod Customer Care Specialist iRecruit Engage 2026

A customer care specialist role at Concentrix taking inbound and outbound calls or web contacts to resolve routine customer questions about client products and services. It is an entry-level position based in Bacolod City, Philippines, so it is not open to applicants living in Egypt.

• Handle inbound and outbound calls and web inquiries
• Meet contractual KPIs
• Clarify customer requirements and provide resolutions
• Greet customers courteously
• Maintain basic knowledge of client products
• Notate accounts completely and accurately
• Offer additional products or services
• Track and document information in call tracking database

• High school diploma
• Three to six months of relevant experience preferred
• Courteous with strong customer service orientation
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge
• Ability to work shifts, including rotating shifts
• Able to work in a fast-paced, high production environment
