About the role
Sales development role focused on outbound prospecting to book discovery calls for account executives. It is a full-time remote position paying $50,000–75,000/year and prefers 2–3 years of B2B phone and email prospecting experience.
What you'll do
- Schedule discovery calls with strategic accounts
- Make outbound calls and send emails to book demonstrations and client meetings
- Uncover and locate competitive offices and users through outbound calls
- Capture communications in Gong/Salesforce
- Learn value propositions for assigned vertical
- Discover pre-qualified leads and add them to Salesforce
- Update contact records in Salesforce
What you'll need
- 2–3 years of business development or related experience preferred
- B2B phone and email prospecting experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and marketing automation systems
- Strong organization, deadline orientation, and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Resourceful, coachable, and results driven
- Self-starter with interest in technology sales
