About the role
A remote BDC scheduler/agent role for an automotive group, scheduling service appointments and maintaining customer records in Spanish and English. It requires US timezone availability; call center experience is preferred but not required.
What you'll do
- Obtain new customers and raise CSI/SSI per company target
- Schedule service appointments for customers
- Create good public relations
- Update and purify customer records
- Follow direction of BDC Manager and Sales Management team
- Complete all training as directed by supervisor
- Follow policies and procedures in Employee Handbook
What you'll need
- Proficient in Spanish and English
- Able to work in US Timezone
- Call center experience preferred, but not required
