What you'll do
- Analyze and research moderate to complex claim issues
- Review and apply policy provisions
- Request and obtain necessary claim documents
- Schedule follow-ups for documentation
- Release accurate benefit payments
- Document required information in the claim system
- Receive inbound calls and support CSR queues
What you'll need
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work independently within guidelines
- Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
- Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office programs
