What you'll do
- Design custom itineraries and book travel packages
- Provide destination and cultural recommendations
- Handle client inquiries, bookings, and modifications
- Resolve travel disruptions with empathy
- Build and maintain client relationships
What you'll need
- 1+ years travel, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred
- Exceptional verbal and written English
- English fluency at B2/C1
- Flexibility for night and overnight shifts
- Calm, proactive problem solving
- Strong knowledge of global geography
