About the role
A senior application support role on Unit4 ERP, handling customer cases and escalations across EMEA and UK. It combines first-line and advanced support with mentoring, training, and a rotation into ERPx.
What you'll do
- Resolve daily customer support cases across EMEA and UK
- Act as subject matter expert for complex issues and escalations
- Provide guidance and mentoring to team members
- Deliver training sessions and knowledge development
- Own escalation management and timely resolution
- Cover first-line and advanced support responsibilities
- Contribute to special projects and process improvements
- Work across Unit4 ERP and ERPx via rotation
What you'll need
- Proven experience with Unit4 ERP/x
- Strong knowledge of Financial/Logistics module
- Basic SQL skills
- Strong English communication skills
- Ability to manage standard cases and complex escalations
- Occasional travel to customer sites
- Fluent/Native Swedish language
