About the role
Customer service role at SGS supporting pharmaceutical analytical testing clients, preparing quotes and coordinating between clients and laboratories. It requires a science degree plus customer service and pharma laboratory testing experience, and is based in Muntinlupa, Philippines.
What you'll do
- Scope work and prepare quotes for USP, EP, and JP compendial testing
- Maintain client and quote information in CRM and quotation platforms
- Liaise between clients and Microbiology and Chemistry departments
- Coordinate technical support and advice for clients
- Manage client information, RFPs, and quotations in Salesforce and PandaDoc
- Notify operations of incoming samples after signed quotes or contracts
- Update clients on testing delays and provide routine TAT communications
- Comply with regulatory and quality standards
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, or related scientific field
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Minimum 2 years pharma laboratory testing and cGMP experience
- English C1 level required
- Strong computer skills and Microsoft Office proficiency
- Experience with Salesforce, PandaDoc, or quoting tools desirable
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams
