About the role
Field-based technical support role for Brainlab's Loop-X imaging system, installing, troubleshooting and maintaining equipment at hospitals. Requires French and English, up to 80% travel, and is based in Marseille, France.
What you'll do
- Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair Loop-X at hospitals and clinical sites
- Provide technical support on-site and remotely
- Perform diagnostics, software/hardware upgrades and preventive maintenance
- Act as trusted technical advisor and build customer relationships
- Document service activities accurately
- Collaborate with Sales, R&D and Clinical Support teams
- Share technical feedback to improve products and services
- Manage home office days independently
What you'll need
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics or similar
- Initial experience in technical support, ideally healthcare/medical technology
- Strong IT, computer systems and networking knowledge
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent French and English communication
- Willingness to travel up to 80% in the region
- Valid driver's license
- Strong customer focus
