About the role
Customer success/account management role supporting newly signed Italian restaurant partners during their first 60 days, including outbound calls and growth consulting. Requires fluent Italian and English, and is based in Manchester with hybrid work after probation plus a £27,700 base salary and bonus.
What you'll do
- Act as primary relationship lead for newly signed Italian restaurants
- Ensure partners hit operational metrics and KPIs in first 60 days
- Educate partners on menus and advertising tools
- Coordinate with internal teams such as photography
- Manage high-quality outbound calls to resolve partner issues
- Adhere to daily targets and maintain administrative records
