About the role
Skillsoft is hiring an EMEA Solutions & Services Senior Director to lead Market Solutions teams and own regional customer experience and growth. The role focuses on presales, adoption, expansion, renewal, coaching, and cross-functional execution across EMEA.
What you'll do
- Lead Market Solutions teams across the geography
- Coach solutioning capability and lead through transformation
- Deliver regional revenue and customer outcomes
- Own regional shared/channel solution teams
- Drive cross-regional consistency
- Partner cross-functionally with IP, Professional Services, Product, Marketing, and Enablement
What you'll need
- 12+ years progressive management experience in enterprise PaaS
- Experience spanning Sales, Customer Success, Solutions Consulting/Pre-Sales, and/or Professional Services
- Overseeing Professional/Managed Services
- Strong operator, coach, and change agent
- Ability to turn strategy into repeatable execution
- Experience guiding teams through transformation
