About the role

What you'll do
- Support the Head of Creator Management
- Manage a portfolio of legacy, high-touch creators
- Serve as primary point of contact for creators
- Coordinate with product, marketing, and ops
- Maintain detailed relationship records
- Flag risks, blockers, and opportunities early
What you'll need
- Experience in account management, creator management, talent management, or similar client-facing role
- Expertise in growing creator business
- Confidence in creator monetization strategies
- Obsessively organized and reliable
- Strong relationship-builder
- Comfortable with ambiguity
- Able to operate independently once trained
