About the role
Telesales role advising customers by phone and in writing on loan comparison for smava, working from home anywhere in Germany. It offers uncapped commission, full digital onboarding, and 30 days of vacation.
What you'll do
- Be first point of contact for customers
- Advise customers by phone and in writing on loan comparison
- Support customers from initial contact to contract conclusion
- Identify customer needs and help find the optimal loan offer
- Work without cold calling because customers have actively left their data
- Use modern communication tools and digital closing options
What you'll need
- Initial experience in sales or customer contact
- Strong communication and professional phone manner
- High reliability and committed working style
- Motivation to develop further
- Ideally completed commercial training
