About the role
An intake specialist role handling inbound calls, emails, and chat from prospective personal-injury clients, documenting details and routing cases. It is a remote, full-time contractor position open to LATAM candidates who speak English and Spanish and can work US time zones.
What you'll do
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and/or chat from prospective clients
- Conduct initial intake interviews and gather relevant information
- Document client details accurately in CRM or internal systems
- Assess inquiries and route cases to the appropriate team
- Follow up with leads to ensure completion of intake process
- Maintain professionalism and empathy in all interactions
- Meet response time and conversion KPIs
What you'll need
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience as an Intake Specialist
- Fluent verbal and written English and Spanish
- Knowledge of personal injury legal terminology and intake procedures
- Proficiency with CRM or legal case management software
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries in a high-volume environment
- Reliable high-speed internet and availability during US Time Zones
- High school diploma or equivalent
