Outbound customer acquisition role for Vietnamese speakers at Concentrix in Kuala Lumpur, focused on selling and renewing client products via phone and email. It involves high-volume customer contact, sales forecasting, objection handling, and CRM record-keeping.

• Demonstrate product or service value to customers
• Sell and/or renew contracts
