About the role
Enterprise Solutions Consultant for Nash's ANZ business, combining customer success and solutions consulting for large retail and grocery accounts. The role owns technical discovery, implementation launches, and ongoing account management, with no sales quota.
What you'll do
- Lead technical discovery and solution design
- Configure demos and pilots
- Run implementations from signature to steady state
- Manage 2-3 enterprise accounts
- Run business reviews and success plans
- Track adoption and delivery performance
- Feed customer needs into product roadmap
What you'll need
- 5+ years in customer success, solutions consulting, implementation, or product
- SaaS or logistics experience
- Managed large complex customer relationships
- Commercial outcomes such as renewals or expansions
- Technically capable of leading integration design
- Basic SQL
- Troubleshoot configuration issues
- Coordinate customer and engineering stakeholders
