About the role
Customer service agent for dentolo dental insurance, handling inbound and outbound calls, email and chat in German and English. It is a full-time hybrid role based around Berlin with a home-office option and benefits including 28–30 vacation days and a training budget.
What you'll do
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails and chats
- Act as first point of contact for customers
- Answer questions about dental supplementary tariffs
- Support build and development of digital knowledge base
- Improve customer success processes and customer journey
What you'll need
- Experience in customer service or similar customer-contact role
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Team spirit and flexibility
- Dental knowledge is an advantage
- Interest in insurance topics
- MS Office skills
- Excellent German (at least C1)
- Fluent English
