About the role
Remote customer support role for PC CADDIE golf club software, answering club questions by phone, ticket and remote maintenance and training club teams. It is a permanent full-time or part-time home-based position for candidates in Germany, Austria or Switzerland, with structured onboarding and mainly Monday-Friday hours plus planned weekend duties.
What you'll do
- Answer club questions by phone, ticket and remote maintenance
- Troubleshoot issues and involve the right colleagues
- Set up functions and adapt them to club processes
- Train club teams online and on site
- Organize own work and distribute incoming requests
- Grow into a specialist team
What you'll need
- Customer service background or connection to golf
- PC CADDIE user knowledge is a plus
- French is a plus
- Willingness to learn the software
