About the role
An outbound sales and renewals role for a UK work-at-home team, focused on selling and renewing client contracts by phone and email against a revenue quota. It requires Dutch language skills and is based in the UK/Northern Ireland, with heavy daily customer contact and CRM tracking.
What you'll do
- Sell and renew client products or services to meet a revenue-based quota
- Handle a high volume of outbound customer calls and emails daily
- Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly sales forecasts
- Handle objections and competitive pressure to retain or win customers
- Resolve customer concerns or roadblocks affecting satisfaction or product usage
- Maintain CRM data and report to a Sales Manager
What you'll need
- Dutch language skills
- Based in the UK, working from home (Northern Ireland listed)
- Comfortable with quota-carrying sales targets
- Able to manage high daily volumes of outbound contacts
