About the role
Post-sales account management for StackAdapt's programmatic advertising platform, limited to candidates in Western Canada. The role focuses on client retention, campaign optimization, reporting, and account growth, with a base salary of CAD 88,000–121,000.
What you'll do
- Act as main client point of contact
- Design campaign strategies
- Report on campaign goals and KPIs
- Set up and traffic advertising campaigns
- Identify upselling opportunities
- Optimize campaigns and recommend opportunities
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and QBRs
- Travel up to 20%
What you'll need
- 3+ years RTB/programmatic experience
- DSP or ad network experience
- Google Ads or Facebook Ads self-serve experience
- Client relationship management experience
- Account retention and revenue growth focus
- Ability to communicate technical concepts
- Digital advertising knowledge
- Located in Western Canada
