About the role

What you'll do
- Build and maintain post-sales relationships with large customers
- Serve as primary technical point of contact for customers
- Act as trusted technical advisor for Postgres and AI solutions
- Help customers maximize value of Postgres investment
- Assist customers to develop and deploy Postgres strategies
- Provide technical leadership for major Postgres initiatives
- Document best practices for developing and deploying EDB solutions
- Travel up to 25% as required
What you'll need
- At least 6 years hands-on experience with Postgres, Oracle, DB2, or MS SQL Server
- Advanced technical skills in data management, operating systems, cloud, and architecture
- Knowledge of data analytics and AI/ML concepts
- Experience with Kubernetes
- Excellent analytical skills for technical and project management issues
- Understanding of strategic sales process
- Ability to communicate with CxO-level personnel
- Bachelor's/Masters degree in IT/Computer Science preferred
