About Clipboard Health

Clipboard Health runs an app-based marketplace that connects healthcare professionals with workplaces that need staff, mainly long-term care facilities in the U.S., and is expanding into home health and hospitals. Founded in 2016, it's a remote-first team of over 1,000 people, a top Y Combinator company and profitable since 2022. Its support teams work fully remote from Africa, Latin America, the Caribbean, the Philippines and beyond, helping both healthcare workers and the facilities that book them.
