About the role
Onboarding Specialist for Housecall Pro, supporting new home-service professionals through account activation and early product adoption. The contract role is Mexico-based, pays $28,000-$30,000 annual OTE, and requires Monday-Friday 9am-6pm PST plus advanced English.
What you'll do
- Own onboarding for new Pros, including account activation and transition
- Guide early product adoption and help Pros realize value quickly
- Serve as primary point of contact during the early lifecycle
- Reinforce and resell the value of Housecall Pro
- Communicate client information, trends, and feedback across teams
- Collaborate with Account Managers to mitigate risk and drive retention
- Troubleshoot technical issues with deep product knowledge
- Identify expansion opportunities and recommend improvements
What you'll need
- 1-3+ years experience in full-time customer success, implementation, or sales
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Proven success developing customer relationships and exceeding success metrics
- Ability to work Monday-Friday 9am-6pm PST
- Advanced English proficiency
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management and organizational skills
