About the role
Remote customer service role with Teleperformance handling inbound and outbound customer queries, technical troubleshooting, and service follow-ups. Open only to candidates in select Canadian provinces, with paid training, medical/dental benefits, and pay of $15.75–$18.25 depending on province.
What you'll do
- Provide first-level customer service for client products
- Build positive customer relations with personalized solutions
- Coordinate with internal functions to handle requests
- Schedule service calls and follow up with customers
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues using diagnostics tools
- Accurately enter data using prescribed applications
- Answer inbound and outbound customer queries
- Collaborate with team to meet service standards
What you'll need
- Minimum 6 months experience in customer-facing environments
- Minimum high school degree
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Excellent English communication and comprehension skills
- Ability to type 35 wpm and pass language/grammar screening
- Excellent hardwired home internet
- Must be available to work both Saturday and Sunday
- Must reside in an eligible Canadian province
