About the role
A remote customer support role for a refurbished-device marketplace, handling inbound calls, chat and email in French and English. It is based in Portugal and includes relocation support such as airport pickup, registration help and flight reimbursement.
What you'll do
- Assist clients via inbound calls, chat, or email in the after-sales process
- Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer complaints
- Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods and tools
What you'll need
- Native French
- English B2 level
- Typing speed 20 words per minute
- Availability to work rotating shifts
- Good computer skills
- Previous experience or contact with clients
- Excellent communication skills
